  yall this is the biggest scam. They will start your payments on the day you get paid and then in the middle of your payments shift to "every 14 days" which in turn puts your payments on random days so that they can help the bank collect over draft fees. I would have never got this loan if they had explained how they do this to try to make you refinance and start over. Even after talking to the people saying that they will help to reschedule a payment they still overdraft peoples accounts.

  Wow! Thanks everyone for the reviews. I was going to to this place on Monday but came to see the reviews and wow. Feel like I dodged a bullet. See a good review here and there but by language used in review I am more than sure it was an active employee doing the review. I will try ACE or just wait for a better option.   Whoever worked and picked up the phone today 3/23 at 2:35pm FIX YOUR ATTITUDE! Your in the customer service business and need to conduct your business as such! Why are you guys so rude? Go to school to be something else or find a diff hustle! It’s not your money your loaning or getting back! Smile ... God is watching!

  I would give this place 0 stars if I could! I was in desperate need of money and chose this place to try to acquire a loan. I've never had a problem anywhere else, but I needed gas and this place was close. TWO HOURS to find out if I was approved. Other places can tell you in 10 minutes without making you jump through hoops. First thing I did was hand the guy a temp ID (changed my address yesterday), then proceeded to provide him with bank statements, pay stubs, references, the whole nine yards. It took him ALL of this information and time, to finally deny me because I had a temporary ID. That was the first thing I gave him??? Are you trained at all if you don't even know you don't accept paper IDs?? And best of all, after wasting all my time with this guy, all other loan places were closed. Don't waste your time here!!! Go to speedy cash, they're super quick and actually know what they're doing.

  My sister in law son, who's hours have been cut due to the virus shutdown by the state of texas governor, called to let them know that he will be delayed in paying for 2 weeks and they had no compassion or understanding and threatened him and said they will take any money out of his account even if it goes negative!!! I have spread the word about this company and my friends are going to help us pay off these people and I just finished reporting them to the BBB. Warning-Beware. Side note:since opening the account with these people, he has never been late with a payment! Heartless!

  Biggest waist of time ever. I told them specifically the documents I had available but instead of being honest when I asked the manager since my job doesn't offer pay stubs will I more then likely get denied but since she wanted to teach her associate how to do paperwork I waisted a whole hour of my life building a thick folder for training purposes not because I had a chance of getting approved. I told the manager I get paid every night 400 and I deposite it right into my bank when I get off. She put my gross payment amount 0. No effort at all to get me approved she was obviously more focused on teaching her associates in my eyes the wrong way.

  DO NOT USE THIS PLACE!!!!!! I called earlier to pay off a loan via credit card. They informed me that the cannot take credit card payments by phone. So, I took off work early to come pay the loan. Now, they inform me they do not accept credit cards. So, bottom line is, they DO NOT WANT YOU TO PAY OFF YOUR LOAN!!! They want to keep charging their outrageous finance charges - hoping they get to keep your title. I will advise everyone I know to NEVER EVER use this place!!!! Incompetent employees, totally dishonest company. ZERO STARS !!!!!

  I have never had an account with this place, yet they make a fake check and cash it and now I have wasted a ton of time on the phone with my bank, which they confirmed what the Cash Store did is highly illegal. My bank stated that even if I did have an account at the Cash Store, it is illegal to make a fake check and cash it. Now I have to close my account and open a new one to keep them from doing this again. Bank also advised me to contact a lawyer and the police.

  This business is so great and professional. I had several questions prior to coming in for the loan and everytime the person was nice and professional. Ashley did my loan and she was AWESOME. She was efficient, professional and expedite. She was friendly and made us feel very comfortable and welcomed. Also, the Halloween decorations were a nice touch for this time of season. Thanks for all the help (:

  Not happy with how they can just take your money put of your account when you don't have anything In there so it overdrafts. And you can't remove your card off their accounts so they can take whatever they can. They don't even understand when you explain the situation to them. They still take the money. Money is great. But not worth this hassel. Definitely will not be back.
