  The staff there is very helpful but what they do not tell is that if you do not have a w-2 they cannot approve a loan. If you are self employed like an Uber driver they will decline your loan for proof of income even if you provide a years worth of income statements

  I made an appt to speak with the Manager, Tiffany, for 4:30. SNAFU after snafu getting there, I walk in the.door at10 til closing. She was so professional and understanding and was genuinely concerned about my satisfaction. She pushed thru all the signatures and explanations of purpose. She completely defused my embarrassment and frustration and made the entire process enjoyable. I can't thank her enough.

  Wasted 35-45 minutes applying only for their system to tell me that they needed me to provide ANOTHER government issued ID with name, DOB, and address. Keep in mind I provided them with a valid Texas DL but they need another one....???? Something common would be a social security card or birth certificate. Not everyone has a passport or military ID so how are customers supposed to provide this??? Cash store needs to make some changes to their system. Their staff was great and friendly so definitely not angry with them.

  I have had nothing but good experiences with this location. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Yes, you get the upsell...that's their job. Yes, it's expensive credit... But you know that going in. It's a payday loan after all. But as far as service and customer service goes, this location is tops.

  4 star review...? Ha must be friends or family. THIS IS A SKAM Interest alone will kill you. DO not borrow money from this company. Your payments only cover intrest. After 3 months of schedueled payments my payoff balance was always the same. After I paid off the total in cash. They still ran my checking account for full payment. negative - ☆☆☆☆☆.

  Got a loan andnaftan a month of waiting for the return of my title I was informed that they had lost it and that I needed to go to DMV to get another. Horrible. Don't trust these guys with your vehicle title.
