  The place said they weren't going to run my credit, but they did. They were able to help me, but their surprise fees are RIDICULOUS!!! I got a $300 loan and paid $200, but not all of it went to the actual loan. I ended up paying almost DOUBLE of what they loaned me. The worst part is I only had the loan for 2 months!!!

  I'm only giving the cash store four stars because their staff is great. They always call me whenever they are gonna draft my account and are very friendly and professional. As for the company's interest rates...WOW. Never expected to pay 1332.00 on a loan of just 450.00,. Won't be using their services again after I pay this loan off. This loan did not help me, it just screwed me even more.

We’re sorry that you feel that way, but our APR stands for "Annual Percentage Rate" and shows you the rate of interest you would end up paying if your loan was left outstanding (and accruing interest) for an entire year. By paying back your loan on time, as the Cash Store encourages you to do, your loan fees will likely end up being cheaper than the costs of a bounced check, overdraft fees, a missed credit card payment, or a neglected bill.   I recently had a family emergency which required that I travel to approximately 250 miles from my home. I realized at some point that I had a loan payment due that day. I contacted my local Cash Store and related the situation to my loan representative. I was told that there was nothing that could be done and that if the payment wasn't made, the entire balance would be withdrawn from my checking account. I hung up and immediately attempted to find a friend who could make the payment for me, but was unsuccessful. My wife suggested that maybe another location could take the payment. I contacted the branch in Kyle, Texas, and was told that would be possible. I contacted my local branch loan representative and let her know that I would be making my payment at the alternate location. I don't know why my branch did not divulge this information to me. I left the hospital about an hour or so later. Upon arrival at the Kyle location, I spoke with Yesenia Marquez and after reviewing my account, was told that the other location had already processed the entire balance. Of course, I was quite shocked and upset. However, Ms. Marquez remained calm and was able to stop the transaction and process my installment payment in the usual manner. She and her staff were very professional, genuinely concerned and went above and beyond my expectations to resolve the situation, especially considering that they were closing in 15 minutes. I would highly recommend Ms. Marquez and her staff and I'm thankful for their exemplary help. I wish everyone in customer service conducted themselves in this manner.

  This was by far the most helpful loan location I have ever entered. The two women working on 6/22/2013 were incredibly attentive, understanding, and knowledgble on their own store, and the surrounding area. They literally saved my anniversary.

  The staff is extremely knowledgeable. They were more than patient and precise with their explanations. I'd recommend this place before any other loan angency.

  This had been the 5th time I have come to this cash store and your workers have been every clearly high and this is a serious problem and I have said something to the manager and nothing has been done if I come back and it's the same one again I will get authority's involved

  I had to put one star for my post to be shared, i would’ve gave a star at all because the poor communication. Wouldn’t recommend a place that takes money out of someone’s card that NEVER had a loan with them and has been declined a refund.
