  Very rude personnel. I definitely wouldn’t recommend this company at all. They don’t decide to give you a loan based off of your prior credit but they make the decision based off of if they feel like you deserve one or not. I guess the supervisor was mad at the fact my salary was higher then her and her staffs will ever be so she denied me without any reasonable cause. Terrible and unprofessional!

  Worst customer service ever. Applied online on a Thursday. Lady said she would call back end of day Friday. No call. Hey we all want to get the weekend started. But, business keeps you working. All in all, learn to run a business, 1 year tops!!

  Take it from someone who has been consistently doing business with them for years, they are not terrible but they are far from a 5 star company. Very inconsistent customer service, they tell you one thing and do another. I do not recommend.
