  Received their offer on refinancing my auto loan at great low rate, looked at reviews & decided to contact them. Loan officer contacted me via text & ended up offering me interest rate of 2.59% for 36 months. I did additional research including verifying my credit score & responded back that I was looking for a lower rate. Never received follow up response, no call, text, or mail. My understanding is when loan company runs your credit, they are required to send you a letter advising & include your crefit score. So I called my original lender, refinanced at 2.15% for 48 months. End result is not good experience & all person had to do was respond even if it was to say that's best rate we can offer. Makes me wonder about all these reviews & if negative ones are removed to achieve high rating

  Pablo did a very good job. He didn’t waste my time. He knew how important is for me the auto refinance process to be a simple one.   I received an ad from gravity lending to refinance my car. I applied online not expected much. The day after, Gene called me and helped me finding a lender as well as a good rate. The whole process took only few days and was totally painless. Gene walked me through the all process until the paperwork were finalized. very nice job! I would definitely recommend them.

  With Gravity Lending was a seamless process to have my loan granted and funded to refinance my car.   Excellent experience getting the car loan refinanced by Gravity Lending, fast service, quick responses, clear and precise information, no games or hidden fees. Very kind and polite staff (hard to find these days)!!! for example, Mario Herrera and Brandy Griffin were very helpful in getting refinanced within a few days, with half of the interest rate, lower payment schedule (at least 10 payments less), and shorter period to payoff the loan! love the service, we do this again anytime I purchase/refinance a car.   Had an excellent experience with Gravity. Reid was very professional and was able to push my auto refinance through the process quickly. He was able to answer all of my questions and kept me updated through each step in the process. It didn't take very long for the loan to be completely set up, and Reid even gave me next steps to be able to recover some costs from GAP and extended warranties.
