  I just want to say this was my first experience going through something like this and a friend recomended me to this Cash store, and the two women who helped me were very nice, and made feel calm and comfortable and I appreciated their honesty and their help I was able to get the emergency money I needed to help me through! Only thing is that the APR was very high but each case is different and depends on how good your credit is and mine wasn't. But all in all they didn't make me feel rushed or uncomfortable. Thank you ladies for your kindness and knowledge.

  My husband got a loan from here. After paying on the loan ( making the payment, not renewing the loan) for 3 months, the pay off was still high than the loan amount. We had called to see the pay off amount and was told one amount over the phone and the next day when we paid it off it was $400 more than they said on the phone. PLEASE READ ALL OF THE FINE PRINT. THIS IS A SCAM.

APR stands for "Annual Percentage Rate" and shows you the rate of interest you would end up paying if your loan was left outstanding (and accruing interest) for an entire year. By paying back your loan on time, as the Cash Store encourages you to do, your loan fees will likely end up being cheaper than the costs of a bounced check, overdraft fees, a missed credit card payment, or a neglected bill.

  I’ve came to the Heights cash store for a loan a few times and would never pay in-store bc I didn’t care for the employees however my last time going in-store dealing with Alicia & Aundrea I always try to make it in-store. Their customer service is excellent and they always take care of me quickly. This will always be my go to when I need it. You need more employees like them for sure!!-M Rivera

  This is only good for short term loans. Whenever I do get a loan, I try not to get more than I can pay in one payment. If you pay every paycheck then you will payback triple what you borrow. However, I must say its very easy to get and the people are friendly. No credit check is done. Even if you don't have checks as long as your debit card is linked to a checking account.

  Both Alicia and Leo do an excellent job every time I come in here. Always professional, understanding, and hold conversations with their customers when they’re in there. I’m always happy to see them when I come in and glad that it’s not a revolving door of employees.

  Worse experience ever! This place has no concept of what a monthly installment loan is. Installment loans are paid once a month over a period of time not every two weeks like a payday loan. I went in for an monthly installment loan but I'm paying every 2 weeks like a payday loan. Do you people not know what an installment loan is??!! To make matters worse the employee was suppose to make my payment date on my payday but they have it set 2 days before my payday.. Like the other reviews this place has their interest set way too high. They are essentially Loan Sharks!!!!! Will not be a repeat customer that's for sure!!!!!

  The personnel that works there are awesome and friendly and helpful, but the system is not good at all. The intrest on the loan was crazy. I wanted to pay them back early which was my plan. Can't be done because of what im paying every two weeks. They say that it does not use you ssn for a credit score or check but for a person to have to pay back so much on instrest is sad and the system is using your credit score. Go through your bank or something for money. You will get a better intrest rate and payment plan. Using the cash store has cost me more then I borrowed. I have to pay back every two weeks instead of every month. Ill be happy when im done paying for them.

  There nice people but call on thursday when loans not due till friday and instead of leaving message since at WORK and cant answere cell will continue to call till friday when bill is paid. Keep telling them 1 call leave message I know when my bill is due.
