  The girls are great when you first need a loan and they work with you. I recently lost my job and have more important bills such as rent and utilities to pay and have explained to them multiple times that I simply do not have the money to pay them at the moment. All they care about is they're money and I understand that this is a business and they need to collect the payments, but when you have a customer who is literally days away from losing everything and they are telling you that they do not have the money a little compassion would go a long way. As a customer who is stressed beyond words can say, and is trying her best just to stay afloat, I think it is completely ridiculous that they are not willing to work with or understand the situation. Mid you, I have had a loan with them for quite some time and have never missed a payment before this situation. Again I understand that they need to collect the payment and I am not faulting them for doing their job, just maybe don't be such jerks about it. Like I said a little understanding and compassion would go a long way. When I do finally pay off the loan I have, I will not do business with them again or refer anyone to them.
