  This place has one of the rudest people I have ever spoke with. People who are seeking out loans in the first place obviously have hit a road bump in their life. They don’t need to be talked to in a condescending tone when looking for assistance. The woman I spoke with appeared upset because she was alone working in the office. She was unprofessional and not friendly. So sad that people exist like this in the world.

  This company LIES to the credit bureaus I was NEVER 30 days late but, they reported 60 days!! Corporations like this charge a arm and a leg yet, still think they're above rules!! You shouldn't be aloud to play with people's lives like that!! You will not get away with this!!

  The customer service the ladies provide was excellent. When I applied they went above and beyond to assist me with the loan. I would definitely recommend this location to family.

  I went in about a 2 weeks ago to do my taxes and they where very busy and I thought great this will take forever and to my surprise not only was a greeted with a warm smile and a welcome they got me in and out i will always come here to get my taxes done and miss Tina and her crew are the best that’s why they get 5 stars in my book

  They have a friendly staff and make you feel comfortable. The staff was willing to walk me through the process and get started on a credit starter loan.Yes!

  The staff here like to badger you into taking a loan you don't want. And when you continously refuse they insult you with passive aggressive comments. They also ask customers for their phones so they can leave positive reviews on facebook and google.
