  I would rate them at zero stars if I could. Horrible experience from beginning to end out of their Pittsburgh location. Pretty much had to do the work for them. Documents were constantly incorrect and we were constantly notifying them of errors. And often times the errors were not corrected. On our closing day, we still found multiple errors on our closing documents and yet they were still of little help. Poor communication all ways around and when they did bother to communicate with us, we were usually given incorrect information. Very unprofessional and very disorganized and sloppy work to say the least. Awful experience. I do not recommend this company at all.

  I started out with Solar & was asked if I was interested in combining my mortgage payment with solar for a single payment instead of an additional payment. After a little time on the phone with Ryan McMahon, we found out that not only would it be one payment, but it would be a lower interest rate plus paying off some bills. He was very easy to talk to & work with. Once we were sure we wanted to go with the program, Jacquelynn​ Kramer contacted me & let me know she would be assisting me. She made this process the easiest I have ever had in financing anything! Ryan & Jacquelynn not only looked out for me, but got me closed & funded within a couple weeks! This has been the best experience & I would recommend using them to anyone I speak to.

  Timios Title is the very best! They welcome questions and provide guidance every step of the way. I worked with my new Escrow Officer Erica on three transactions and she did not disappoint. Erica provided clarity, direction and guidance. I am so impressed with her ability to handle all the tasks of an Escrow Officer, efficiently and with a great amount of patience. She worked hard and responded to every single inquiry within an hour, no matter what time of day, evenings and weekends. It goes without saying that Erica and Timios Title as a whole, goes above and beyond -- their team is excellent. I am glad to say that Timios has won my business. I feel so blessed to have been recommended such an excellent escrow team.

  Our mortgage company chose Timios for us, but we enjoyed them and their ability to close on our refinance. Everything was professionally done and the best thing was , it was done at our kitchen table.

  I had limited contact with Timios. There were charges I did not want to pay, ( the charge of $350 was optional). The fee did not appear until I changed the loan amount. It looks like a fee for changing the total loan amount, and nothing else. but agents just kind of skip over it, and I had to pay it. I apologize for not being able to inform you on the quality of our communication, with the limited time I spent with your agents. If You could address the $350 fee I would appreciate it immensely. tanx Ken.

  From the time of notification about closing the loan to the signing of the docs, the communication process was so smoothly done. The notary person was so systematic on her procedures that makes the signing done in a timely manner.

  Recently closed a refinance with the Pittsburgh office. I highly recommend this company as a refinance closing company they were quick efficient and provided excellent service.

  Murphy's Law seemed to hit at at every turn. Every time we took one step forward, something on our end, that was totally unrelated to our Re-Fi, would blow up on us. Timios was understanding and helped us through everything and the process from our mortgage company to the signing at closing was finished in 3 weeks.

  Horrible. Took 30 days to get an appraisal, now they want a desktop and has been over a week for that. Closing has been delayed a month now because they can’t reach their appraiser. Unbelievable
