  We used PA Land Titles 3 separate times, once for the purchase of our house, once for our refinance, and once for the sale of our house. They are awesome! They are thorough, detail oriented, and very accommodating; they even came directly to our house to close the deal! Absolutely recommend using them, wouldn't even think twice about it.

  We went through PA Land Titles for our closing, and it was a totally painless process! They are prompt, friendly, and on top of every little detail. The closing was stress-free - I felt like I was chatting with friends, all while signing documents and getting the job done. They even provide chocolate, which is a nice little bonus!! If you're looking for a title company, I highly recommend you look into PA Land Titles!

  PA land titles made our closing experience quick and efficient! Amy was very professional and kind and made the process painless! The office was clean and everyone was very friendly! I would recommend them to anyone!

  Not that I truly love signing paperwork but Pa Land and Titles is a comfortable environment to do it in. The office is easy to find in building 3 second floor to the right coming off the elevators. They have hand sanitizer in the waiting area and conference rooms. Feel free to keep the pen I'm sure they have more. I have been here twice and everything went smoothly both times.

  The service and process was great and efficient. However - we were made to feel quite uncomfortable due to the following: During our wait in the waiting area, there was an employee who, perhaps unaware of their surroundings, had their door open during a rather boisterous and lengthy phone conversation. We heard most comments that were loudly proclaimed, repeatedly referring to some group as "morons". Additional comments were made pertaining to missing paperwork, wait times, communication attempts, etc. One concerning comment was made about a particular client, who's appointment time would be approaching "within a few minutes " - (our appointment?) This proved to be a peculiar conversation to overhear, being that our appointment was approaching, and we indeed were experiencing paperwork delays. So - were these "morons" being referenced, us, or our lenders or real estate agents? It seems quite unprofessional to have such private matters discussed within earshot of other clients, not to mention the private remarks or insults made. Quite unprofessional.
