"Had a loan that I finally paid off. Employees don't know their own policies. The rep was constantly having to put me on hold to ask someone else for clarification. My title was held as collateral and when I paid my loan off in full I specifically asked how long it would take to receive my title. I was told 7-10 business days. I called after 2 weeks of my title still not being here and was told that 7-10 days is for processing not for delivery. Then the rep argued with me when I told him they need to teach their employees the correct way of explaining that to people and he argued with me repeatedly that they were correct in what they told me. He kept saying it takes 7-10 days to process my payment when the money was removed from my bank account the next day and I received a statement from them showing it was paid off the next day.
