  We were very pleased with our communications with Jessica and the entire Dave Holland team. Although we never met in person, the communications were clear and concise, and the document/signature process was easy to follow. One advantage of the pandemic is being able to re-finance from the comfort of home - even the notary came to us. Thanks for a great experience!

  My experience with Holland Mortgage was more than I expected. I came to them on a recommendation from my realtor when I had issues with the prior bad experience. Tiffany was my initial contact. She was professional and always there with a reply to anything I needed. Then she sent me to Molly who did the underwriting and again....efficient and always there with the answer I had a question to. I hope that David Holland knows how good he has it. They make his business run. What could have been more stressful was minimal. What could have been long delays in replying to me...was not. They are a testimony to good people doing an excellent job. Thank you for all you did for me. I appreciate you.

  Larry was fantastic in helping us buy our first home. He never missed a beat when it came to getting everything in order for our loan and settlement. He took care of everything, all we had to do was provide the documents. He always made sure we knew what documents to provide well in advance of when they would actually be needed. He took time to explain everything to us and make sure we were well informed. The mortgage process went so smoothly we could hardly believe it!

  The team is pragmatic, well organized, and highly communicative of the relevant issues. They are also very quick to respond, and seemingly have a network large enough to offer highly competitive rates. I think their overall approach is best in class. I have approximately 8-9 total mortgage originations/refinance experiences and this one is tops. Also, something often overlooked is integrity. I think David and team would rather lose the sale than mislead you on an option. This is something of extra value if you need an expert to help you but not take advantage of you. This wins my repeat business. 5 stars. I think you will have a similar positive experience with them.
