  I worked with Brian and he was outstanding in all respects. He offered me a better loan than anyone else, was responsive to all my questions and we got it done in just a few weeks. At first I was pretty leery, because I had been working with somebody else from a really big mortgage group. That person had just failed to call at the time we had agreed upon when Brian called from out of the blue. He told me he could beat anybody else's deal which turned out to be true, but I live in Virginia and had never heard of RedTree Mortgage. I was really (REALLY) skeptical, so I google RedTree Mortgage and it turned out it was not a big company, but not tiny either and totally legitimate. Brian helped guide the process from start to finish and it was painless. My new mortgage is saving me hundreds each month and thousands overall. I highly recommend Brian and RedTree!

  Less than one month ago I was contacted by Eric from Red Tree Lending about a Refi loan. Trusting him was the best decision I’ve made. As a novice to the home buying/refinancing industry, Eric’s patients and understanding was much appreciated. He spent countless hours, even taking time to chat at 10pm at night, answering my many questions and concerns. He made the process simple that I was able to follow along Step by step.   My experience with RedTree Mortgage was thru Eric Alioto(E) Senior Loan Officer. Eric took his time and got me the best interest rates for my loan, and the money I could get back on my loan!! I asked him to SHOW ME THE MONEY!! and Eric delivered. Eric was there step by step thru the whole process,even after closing.I appreciate ya 1000% E. Talk to ya in 6 months, to refinance!!

  Working with Scott and his team was the best experience I could have had! He was knowledgeable, helpful and RESPONSIVE... he answered all of our questions with a great attitude and shaved years off of our mortgage AND lowered our payment. The entire team was on the ball - I can say after years in the real estate industry they are the best I have worked with.

  Red Tree Mortgage was phenomenal in handling the refinance of my mortgage. He said from the very beginning that he wouldn't be beaten on pricing and would help me through the entire process and it was all true.   Thank you to Eric Alioto and his team at Red Tree Mortgage. They were able to offer me a rate I couldn’t find anywhere else, with significantly lower costs then some very well known big bank lenders. My loan is complicated as I have multiple rental properties, but they made it a smooth transaction! If you are purchasing or refinancing, I would highly recommend Eric Alioto and Red Tree Mortgage !
