  Ryan Richen was my broker. He is a great guy to work with. From the first call to the final "Congratulations!" email, he was engaging and respectful. He knows the market and the processes. We rolled our debt onto our home which appraised much higher than I was expecting. During the process I lost my job. Ryan was able to reorganize what we had submitted and still got our approval. We went 30 YR VA with a cash out that was significant. I highly recommend Ryan, I have done refinancing and purchase mortgages and I have never in my 47 years found someone better.

  I worked with Peter Vanderwerff from TILA Mortgage to refinance my home this month. To start with the application process was seemless. As soon as I submitted the online application I was contacted immediately the next morning by Peter. He was on top of things. He asked me some additional questions and within 1/2 hour of hanging up the phone I had emails linking me to the TILA website which is a tool that allows you to upload documents required as part of the process. His staff moved into action quickly and within 2 days I had all documents submitted and the process was in full swing. Peter is fun to work with, very competent, and on top of the process. He responds immediately when you contact him and he keeps you posted throughout the process. I have been so pleased with the service provided by Peter and his team I have referred a close friend who is now also going through the process. Thank you Peter and Team!

  Peter VanderWerff at TILA mortgage did an amazing job for my wife and I when we decided to refinance our home a few years ago. Initially we had some bad experiences with other companies so we were somewhat reluctant to try again. However, Peter put our minds at ease and handled everything.
