  Chris and his team were incredibly helpful throughout the entire homebuying process. For two people who were nervous and completely clueless about what went into buying a home, he was able to provide us with all necessary information and make the process totally seamless. There was open communication from start to finish, and he was always available to answer any questions we had along the way.   Chris handled our refinancing of the house. Throughout the process we found him very responsive and helpful, and patient to answer our questions. We had a bit of a bumpiness toward the end of the process and we have no idea just how much work Chris and his team had to put in to get it all figured out, but it was all figured out in reasonable time. I most appreciated his responsiveness and open willingness to discuss things. I would definitely recommend Chris and his team for any financing or refinancing process.

At the beginning of the process, he called me and took the time to make sure he understood my goals and desired maximum monthly payment. As someone who's down payment was tied up in my current home's equity, he walked me through several different scenarios which allowed me to confidently pick a path for how to fund my loan. The pre-approval process was fast and easy, and when I got an offer accepted for a home purchase, the loan approval and funding process was fast and simple on my end, we even closed a week early!
