  I got to meet Jeff during my home purchase via my agent during issues on appraisal. He is probably one of the nicest lender agents I have met so far. He was very knowledgeable and guided , helped during crucial decision making throughout the process. When the contract needed extension, Jeff mediated with our listing agent and sorted things out smoothly. He has wide range of contacts in the industry which helps him resolve issues and have strong referrals around the business.   Jeff always answered his phone even on a plane he responded threw text. I had so many questions that he patiently and kindly answered. Jeff stuck with us for 8 months threw the home buying process. He was understanding and sympathetic to our needs. The respect he showed us made our needs feel important. His team was in constant communication with us also. Definitely a person I would recommend working with!!
