  Derek Hindes was an awesome team member on my home buying adventure. A lot of his work is done in the background and so easily not noticed if I wasn't aware of so much that was going on.   Derek Hindes is awesome to work with. He communicates regularly, answered all of our questions quickly, gave us all of the options for what we were trying to do, and never once made us feel like he was too busy to talk to us. I am a licensed real estate broker and I have no qualms about recommending Derek to all of my clients if they need to get financing. He is the best!

  I worked with Derek Hindes and he went above and beyond in his service. He was in communication every step of the way. As a first-time home buyer, I needed direction and had a lot of questions. He walked me through the process so I understood each step, and answered any and all my questions. Based on his recommendations and expertise, our first home purchase went so smoothly and we were able to close in 18 days. He made a very intimidating process seem easy. I can't recommend Derek and Fairway enough!

  I'd like to start by saying that one of the reasons our seller's agent chose our offer out of the top 2 was BECAUSE we were partnering with Fairway. That says something about their responsiveness and professionalism! Our broker, Mark, has been so kind, responsive, professional, knowledgeable, and more! We were blown away by his communication, follow up, and consideration of our needs and perspective. He always kept us well informed, answered all of our little questions, and made us feel that we were in good hands through the entire process. Not only was our direct experience with him great, but we heard glowing reviews from others that worked with him second hand, like our agent!

  Adam Shafer cared about our experience from the beginning to the end. He was fast in responding and he had a far superior service compared to other lenders I have worked with. I have worked with over 4 other lending officers during my past two purchases. Most lenders will just care about their time and whether or not they will get paid, but Adam truly cares about whether he can help you in purchasing your new home. The process is complicating and difficult, but Adam will help you walk through each step
