  My brother-in-law recommended Girish Modgill and I am so glad he did. My experience with Girish was seamless. He addressed my multiple inquiries as I was trying to educate myself on the refinance process and understand all the fees and paperwork. He was available seven days a week and took my calls no matter what time it was. He was kind, patient, transparent and professional. I would highly recommend Girish to whoever wants top not experience! So-Young You was my loan processor and helped make the refinance progress smooth and quick. It was a pleasure to work with my highly experienced team!

  I received a cold call from Accelin Loans to which I picked up and talked to Girish. It sounded great that they could help reduce my mortgage insurance. I had to email Girish every couple days for an update with messages saying he would get me the numbers by the end of the day... and never did. This whole interaction was odd. So rarely do we answer unknown phone calls, especially sales calls... then to be ignored? I can't emphasize how weird it is to be ghosted considering they reached out to me. Disappointed!

  I don't know how other reviewers have had such different experiences with Accelin but I have worked with them twice in the last year, both experiences were spectacular for me. I did some rate shopping a year ago and found that they were the lowest from a "common rate comparison site". After filling out the initial information they were fast to communicate, had the best rates and had a flawless experience getting my refi closed. Dave Jiminez was my contact on that loan and he was super easy to work with in all steps of the process. Recently rates have been even better and I reached out again to check on what was available. Eric Miller replied and I had yet another painless experience. I want to add that I was out of town for signing and they made everything super easy, even out of state. Stacy and the others I interacted with were amazing as well.

  Thanks to you both, we signed papers today in late afternoon. I wanted express our deep appreciation for your backing us with the personal approach in the “factory” atmosphere. What you both did for us will impact our ability to more comfortably pay for our health insurance. Washington is way more expensive than California for certain items. So just know- what you did mattered! I investigated child abuse for 30 years as a career. Needless to say, I’ve developed a significant sense for who seems genuine in their alleged interest on my behalf and who is a street hustler so to speak. The loan industry is rife with deception as are many other types of businesses. A lot of unsuspecting folks get hurt. So my wife and I felt very lucky to have crossed paths with your team. I will recommend you to everyone we meet in the coming weeks as refi continues to be a social focus. Eric, I will give them your direct number.   I worked with Pieter Thomassen and Jina Kim. Both did an awesome job in closing the loan. Pieter is very helpful and knowledge when come to loan financing.   I was looking to refinance and Accelin had the best rates at the time. The loan originator was Priscilla Netto. It was a great experience working with her: always available and ready to answer any questions, which worked great, as I had to go through after work. The tentative numbers she gave at the very first conversation were very close to the final numbers at closing. Everything has been done with no delays. The processor was Reen Renaud, she was also easy to contact and helpful. Overall I am very pleased with Accelin team I was working with. Would work with them again and would recommend them with no hesitation.

  It was an excellent experience with Sung Eun, the loan originator, and So-Young Yoo, the loan processor. When we started the refinance, I was a little skeptical in the beginning because I found Accelin Loans through bankrate.com online, whereas I was preferring to working with agents face-to-face. However, after a few conversations over the phone with Sung, I got a feeling that he is very professional and trust-worthy to work with; Sung provided prompt responses to any questions I and my wife might have. Once the refinance process started, So-Young took the turn and provided excellent co-ordinations with the lender. I also enjoyed using the e-sign service, which made the whole refinance application process such a smooth experience. With their help, we were able to lock a good rate and moved to closing the refinance very soon.

  Gave all my information to receive quotes yesterday and was impressed with their low fees and rates. When we decided to move forward today with an application, new quotes were sent over prior to us applying with much higher rates and fees. When I asked why, he said they couldn't honor the prior quotes because my wife has a business license. This was not new information to him and was disclosed prior to him sending the original rates and fees. The business license is so she can attend a farmers market a few times a summer and sell chapstick. Bate and switch.

  Callie Davis and her team were awesome. She provided daily feedback on the progress of our loan and was always available to guide us through.   Let me start by saying that I am overall very happy with the loan that I received from Accelin Loans. I have an amazing rate on a 20-year fixed loan with low closing costs that will help me to pay off my home faster. That is the most important thing. On a similar positive note, the loan processor that I worked with (Sue So-Young) was absolutely amazing. She responded to my emails and phone calls immediately and she was exceptionally clear in all her communications. My loan was processed in less than 30 days as a result of her great work. So, why the 4 star review? My loan officer was just average. It would typically take him about 2-3 days to get back to me when I asked questions, and oftentimes, I had to email/call/text him multiple times to get a response. As you can imagine, in a business where responsiveness is key, I found the lack of responsiveness to be frustrating at times. Fortunately, this did not end up impacting my rate or my ability to close my loan on time. And, the majority of my communications ended up being with my loan processor, who as I mentioned before, was absolutely amazing. I would use Accelin Loans in the future, because the overall result for me was an excellent loan, which is what I wanted at the end of the day.
