  When we first started our home buying search, Shawn was referred to us by multiple real estate agents and real estate attorneys so we knew we were in good hands. Even then, over the course of our home buying search we were impressed with Shawn's attention to detail and customer service at every step. Our real estate attorney, who has been practicing for over 30 years, remarked multiple times how impressed he was with Shawn and his team. When we needed an updated pre-approval, Shawn was quick to email us so that we could put offers in. When we had questions on down payment amounts or interest rates, Shawn was quick to take our call and provide excellent advice. It took us over a year to get the home we wanted and Shawn stuck with us through the whole process. I want to include a great big thank you to Maryann and Stacey Ann for the outstanding support as well. We got an excellent rate that helped us place our winning bid and our mortgage was cleared to close way ahead of schedule.
