  Peter is our mortgage lender and I wouldn't chose anyone else for the job! As a first time home buyer it can be extremly stressful. He made sure to put us at ease with his knowledge, experience and quick responses. Even with our closing set backs he came through and made sure we closed the day of! He is a person you can trust which is important throughout this experience. Being a lender is definitely his calling. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts.

  I'm sitting here in my new home, feeling grateful to Peter Costakos and Stacey Preto for helping us to make a dream come true. We wanted this home really badly, but it was a seller's market and the timeline for closing was going to be really tight. Having worked with Peter and Stacey before, I knew that if anyone could get us to closing expeditiously it would be them. During a pandemic, when the real estate market was super busy, with closings taking a couple of months more than normal Peter and Stacy made it happen on time. In addition we got a rate that was even lower than we could have hoped. If you want to work with true professionals, who answer emails and phone calls very efficiently, who stay in touch through the whole process, and who deliver what they say they will deliver, definitely give Peter Costakos a call.   There are not enough words to express just how AMAZING Peter and his team are. They are EXCELLENT and my husband and I couldn't have gone through the home buying process without them. He was was able to close my deal in 1 month (something my previous lender was unable to do in 4 months😳). Also I ended up with an interest that's so low, its almost unbelievable.
