  Isuzu Finance has helped me on so many occasions to get our customers approved for the purchase of their new or used vehicles. The iLease program has become one of their favorites because of the flexible payment options and ability to keep an updated fleet without worrying about continuous maintenance costs. I recommend Isuzu Finance to all of my customers and I haven't heard any complaints.

  I've been working with Isuzu Finance for about 10 years now. Great company to do business with. My district sales manager, Kevin Burns, is available whenever I have a question or need help with approval. They always have the best rates around too.

  It's been wonderful and easy working with Isuzu Finance Team for over 10 years. When questions or concerns come up the team is always there to help. Through Covid the team has made been there to make everything seamless. You would not know Covid affected them in anyway.

  I sell Isuzu trucks for Ballard Trucks in Worcester, Ma. Having the partnership of Isuzu Finance (IFAI) with Isuzu Corp. (ICTA), makes the process a whole lot easier. There's a variety of programs and options for loans, leasing etc. which in turn allows me to provide to my customers the best option for them. The approval process is quick, allowing me to contact my customers asap of the credit decision, no one wants to wait too long. This is because they have already been briefed on the Isuzu chassis models, so there's no back and forth questions about what the customer is buying. All in all we're happy to have them as the primary source for our Isuzu truck financing needs, besides, Mike Varous is our Mgr. for them, after every approval I receive an email from him letting me know if we need any help he's there.   Isuzu Finance is a pack of crooks. They apply 10% late surcharge on payments they deem as late. However, my electronic Bill Pay service documents that the payments have been made on time. It's the old story of the "lockbox" retrieval date - total fraud. I do not recommend dealing with Isuzu Finance.

  We're experiencing the same abysmal "customer service" as the previous poster. Our records and amortization do not match Izuzu's. However Emmet Clarke, a supposed "operations office" with Isuzu finance refused to supply us with any detail on our account. It's almost as if Isuzu is hiding something. Now Mr. Clarke refuses to respond to my e-mails or provide me with the name of his supervisor. So a problem that should take five minutes to resolve it turning into a days long ordeal. We're a establish building materials supplier with over five Isuzu trucks in our fleet. There probably won't be a sixth.....
