  Working with Lisa made the stressful experience of buying our first home much more straightforward. She was helpful, direct, and quick to respond - very important when things get busy. Before actually buying, we worked with Lisa for 3 years to help us figure out a longterm plan, what we could afford based on our budget, and how to navigate the real estate world on a freelance income (a different beast than full-time earnings). I refinanced a mortgage on a rental property with her last year, and obtained a new mortgage on a purchase this year.
