  Peter, Eduardo and Stacey are phenomenal! I met Peter through a friend a couple of years ago when I purchased my first Co-op apartment. At the time I was having difficulties with the mortgage loan process with a different company (three months in with no progress). After working Peter and his team were able to close on the apartment in just three weeks! Fast forward three years later, at the beginning of this year I fell in love with a house and immediately went in search of Peter and his team for help with obtaining a pre-approval letter in order to make an offer. Long story short; I saw the house, obtained the pre-approval letter and made an offer all within 24 hours. Several weeks later we were able to close successfully thanks to all the support and guidance offered from Peter and his team! The team offers an exceptional level of expertise! I would highly recommend Peter, Eduardo and Stacey; they work around the clock to get the job done right! Oh and did I mention they are personable and funny, making you feel more at ease throughout the stressful process of obtaining a mortgage loan. Feels like they have become family!   We had a great experience working with Mike Levine and his team at CrossCountry Mortgage. From a GREAT rate to the unbelievable customer service.   Michael Levine and his team are fantastic! My wife and I recently purchased a home and he made this process such a pleasure for us. Mike and his team were extremely professional and efficient the whole time. Always there for me when I needed him. Mike was referred to me by a friend and I would highly recommend him to anyone I know looking for a home. Overall after this experience I feel like a part of the family, and these days customer service is everything. Michael Levine checks all the boxes in every way.

  I met Michael Levine as a recommendation through family that are in the real estate business. The whole process from start to finish was painless! He was professional, sufficient, and just a pleasure to deal with. A lot of the larger banks are not as personal during the process of buying a home, but Michael was there every step of the way answering any question I had and trust me there were a lot!! Not once did I feel misguided during the process. I would recommend him to anyone looking to have an easy-going experience buying a home.

  In 2018 I worked with Peter and his team at Crosscountry mortgage in Purchase, NY to buy a home. The team was professional and amazing to work with. They held my hand through the entire process and made it extremely painless. I was able to communicate with the staff via email and the online portals to upload documents to the team made it very easy to get them all the documents that they needed in a timely manner. I really appreciate all of their help and hard work. They are a wonderful group of people and are a pleasure to work with.

  Peter and the entire CrossCountry team are incredible! My husband and I just bought our first home and Peter helped us tremendously through the journey. Peter is so attentive and always willing to help do whatever he can to make the home buying process easier. He was always there to answer any emails or phone calls I had (and trust me, there were many!) Peter even records personalized videos to check in on you and instructional videos to help you through the process. The online portal that CC uses is very user friendly which helps when you are frantically trying to print and sign papers. I would highly recommend CrossCountry Mortgage to anyone in need of a mortgage company.

  Peter and his team at CrossCountry Mortgage are fantastic. They are fast, on top of their game, and always there to answer any question. They are committed to you from the first phone call and until the closing. The personal service and attention to detail set him and his team above the rest.
