  Do you love Credit Union's with ATM machines that are always broken? Do you love mobile Banking apps that don't work worth a damn? Do you love getting treated like a fool whenever you make a friendly suggestion that can help make the credit union a better business? Oh boy do I have the place for you! Don't waste your time with this place.

  Do not go here for a vehicle loan! Payed off my car and still waiting for the title to show up 3 weeks later. They make it so hard to try and pay on this loan. They have no idea, how their online payment services work. I think it's funny they charge people to make payments on their loan. Stop charging people extra to make online payments.

  I've always had a great experience with their customer service. I've moved across the country and still keep their business based on the good rates and the wonderful customer service. I spoke with Colleen today regarding my auto loan and asking for clarification on how to navigate the website and she was a delight and explained all of my questions and then explained in more depth to things I didn't understand. Thanks for the great customer service once again! It really turned my day around!

  I've had a car loan with Peninsula Credit Union for a few years or more, I finally paid off my Honda today. I have to say this relationship I had with them wasn't entirely the best experience. They didn't even congratulate me it was more like wam BAM thank you ma'am. Not very nice at all. I got more emotion from my pet rock. Just saying.

  When I started up at PCU it was great fast forward 9years and I am no longer living in the same area as the bank so I frequently call. Yes I have the mobile app. Every time I called, the same lady would answer and she would talk to me like I was stupid she wasn’t kind and and she would asks 102 security questions, mothers maidan name, ss#, last transaction made. I mean that’s a bit much! So one time I call cus I’m at a sister branch and I don’t know my account # so she asks me a bunch of questions verifying it was me then she says she can not give me my account number and to hand my phone to the other bank teller and she would give it to her! What in the HELL?!! And this was just one situation I’ve had 3 other times something like this happened. (Mind you I had to call other times because they refused to give me my account number) Just awful customer service via phone. Don’t bank with PCU if you don’t live within driving distance of a branch.
