  Clint and his team were amazing in walking me and my husband through the entire process as first-time homebuyers. They answered all questions quickly and in an easy to understand manner. They also kept us apprised of where we were at in the process. We even ended up closing EARLY!!! I highly, HIGHLY recommend this amazing office for your mortgage needs.

  Clint is very knowledgeable and patient with us throughout the process. He will take time in explaining items, but also open to exchange of ideas and strategies for our benefit. He's a detailed oriented person that cares about his clients, ensuring we have the best experience and possible outcome. Buying a house is stressful, especially the lending process, but he made it easy and smooth for us. He introduced us to a new program that Evergreen has called CashUp (ask him about it!) and we strongly believe that helped us win the house in this highly, highly competitive market. And again, he was very patient in explaining the details of the new program and learning together along the way.   I would strongly recommend NOT using Clint to get a mortgage. Clint and his team have very shady business practices, such as pressuring us to sign incomplete or completely wrong documents, and charging unfair and high fees. Clint and his team were also very inept at the jobs. Causing us to miss our closing date on two occasions one of which was due to Clint submitting wrong documents to underwriting one week before closing. Also as a Branch manager was unaware of legal precident of when certain documents could be released and sent and the periods in which they had to be released for. Clint promised us a smooth, easy process and what seemed like a good deal and proceeded to try to charge us fees when he could not deliver! I was truly sickened by the whole process and the number of lies we were told. Please take it from us find someone else, his promises won't hold up and the amount of hassle you'll go through won't be worth your sanity and the security of your family. He should be very ashamed of himself but i highly doubt he lost even a wink of sleep.
