  The girls are phenomenal. They are always so helpful.Michelle is the bomb. And they always have yummy snacks for us.

  Had my taxes done today by Michelle, my fourth tax season with her. She transferred to the Port Orchard shop from Silverdale this year and I didn't hesitate to follow her. She is smart, efficient, and kind and this year helped me get through the painful task of filing after the death of my husband. I wouldn't trust anyone else!

  My only issue is their 50 dollar refer a freind promotion. My freind refered me she got her 50 dollars cash handed to her in person during the covid pandemic. I refered a freind and never got mine. The manager said because of the pandemic corporate handles the payout but according to corporate the local office pays out for their own promotions. I have gone back and forth between the local office and corprate for almost a month now. Corporate told me my local office mailed a check to me, that was 8 days ago. Im very unimpressed with them pointing their finger at eachother. I will never have my taxes done there again and I will never refer anyone to them ever again. They are still advertising this promotion on their site.

  I tried to file my husbands and my taxes on turbo and was concerned I did something wrong because my refund wasn’t as much as it normally is, but I didn’t. Sad day lol. But the ladies were so knowledgeable and were able to explain w4s to me so I could adjust it and be able to get a little more back next year! Thanks ladies!

  Had an easy time getting the help needed. The preparer was very knowledgeable with my tax papers. I am always satisfied with getting my refund in a timely matter and had refered this office to other friends!

  Great service. They even gave us drinks and snacks. We walked in and they still got us in even though they were very busy. We will be back next year. I highly recommend them to anyone with tax needs.

  I highly recommend this Liberty office. First time here. They were honest and very nice in helping me get questions answered when no one else would help me. The others all wanted money. You will be glad you came here.
