  I am beyond impressed with my experience with Attorney’s Title. They assisted me with a long distance Real Estate transaction I was handling for my mother, and their customer service and expertise were second to none. Living out of state meant I had to handle everything by phone and email, and occasionally that made things more challenging…….like joining a Road Maintenance Association and obtaining an Easement from the City for legal access to the property. Not having ANY prior experience with those things, their advice and expertise were invaluable (a special thank you to Andrea and Kaitlyn!) and I could not have done it without them. They were friendly, professional, fast, and accurate. They REALLY went the extra mile for me and I am so grateful. THANK YOU EVERYONE!!!

  Communication is key and they communicate well. When my clients have needed an odd time for signing, ATK makes it happen. Once Tina went above and beyond for a 6am and this time it was Eric at 7am. They make it happen!!
