  What a knowledgeable and friendly location. I stopped by to payoff a credit card. The Teller Congratulated me on paying it off and asked how it felt to have paid off my debt. I had mentioned I was working towards buying my first home. The Teller listen and gave me great advice on a self-paced course I could take to help me be more prepared. So helpful

  They close ten to fifteen minutes earlier than the posted time they open later than posted. I have more than one time driven twenty thirty minutes in a panic only to get there on time, and yet closed and smiling employees at what must be just my problem not being able to cash a check. And they have some the most limited hours to begin with.

  They fired all the people who actually treated me like a person and not a sale. Closed my accounts and moved to a local credit union. Nobody wants to be a number and thats all you are at a big bank like this! Rude, unwelcoming, and they'll literally only have sales conversations with you.
