  I'm very happy with this company and staff that helped me. As I am older and do not drive I was very pleased that I could be assisted and complete my business completely over the phone. With patience and kindness any questions were answered, concerns addressed and transactions completed with ease. Things were prepared and my rep was very helpful and knowledgeable. Making it very easy for me to complete my business. Which I think, is what anyone can appreciate about Mariner.

  This company does not send a monthly statement. You have to remember to make a payment. No reminders or notices sent out in advance. No monthly statements online. Just original loan document and payment history.
