  Would’ve gave 0 if it were an option. I’ve had a vehicle since July an 0’2 censor on since 2 days after purchase. One service for it to be reset not replaced. Told to call back to make an appt - been calling since July. No call back even after being told I would receive one. Absolute worst experience I have ever had where vehicles are concerned. Engine light on , oil light on and overdue for change. I refuse to pay another red penny until my car is serviced. Bad business. Definitely reporting to BBB

  I brought a car through jd byrider. CNAC is the Finance Company for JD buyrider. I've called them a week before my car was totaled about paying my car off early like 10 months early I asked how much it would be so she told me that I would save $780. Like $78 a month. So when when my car got total they wanted all of the money. They lie. Cheat and steal from you.

  I've had my vehicle 4 years almost paid off with minor repairs and it's all in the driver's interest up keeping their vehicle. I have 2006 Ford five hundred best used car I ever owned!

  They are very concerned about the payment than the condition of the vehicle not a long term solution to getting a good vehicle. It’s more like a buy here pay here.

  I was in a desperate situation and was able to purchase a car with a very low down payment, however the overall cost of the car (I hated) was nothing short of highway robbery! Most comical is the absolute best part of my experience was dealing with Lachuna Shepperd, the collector assigned to my account, we never had problems, she is a great person and amazing at her job. So shout out to Ms. Shepperd for making the complete purchase of a car that I hated such a wonderful experience!

  I would actually put this as a 0 star review. Never go to anywhere this loan agency is involved with. I called to check my payoff amount on my car that I bought from JD Byrider in October of 2017. First they changed the length of my loan to a longer period of time without alerting me or even asking my permission to do so, they told me when I called that I owe more on the car than what their app says that I owe for the car and interest combined, they have said that they updated all of my information then when I tell them my information again they say that it doesn't match what they have on record, and they are all together the absolute worst when dealing with pre-enlistment debts laws requiring a droppage to below 5.99% interest because mine they dropped down to 9.67%.

  I wish I could give this place a zero! I changed jobs and therefore requested to change my payment dates as I had it set up to be automatically deducted on the days I get paid. It turned into a huge issue with them threatening to come get my vehicle if I didn't pay on the exact day. My payments have always been on time, so coming to get my vehicle over 1 payment is a little messed up. They massively overcharge on their vehicles, which are complete trash to begin with, but that is another story. But then won't work with you when you obtain a new job with rearranging payment dates. This place is a joke and I wouldn't recommend them to even my worst enemy.

  I will never ever get another car through cnac jd byrider ! Was nice to get a second car through them and I get in a accident and they have nerve to take me to court for the last 1400 when they charged 17000 for a 3300 dollar car I’m appalled they are treating a returning customer they way they are . But do not go to jd byrider ! It is a waste and a joke

  I wish I could give this place ZERO.....stars their customer is a joke,their rude,they are very unprofessional,I bought a car from their dealership jd byrider in Pittsburgh and the process took over 5hrs and then you get the vehicle that they by the way pick out for you and it's nothing but a hassle after you get the car...this was the worst experience I've had with a dealership jdbyrider will continue to lose a lot of business due to CNAC (THE MICKEY MOUSE FINANCE COMPANY) THEY ARE A JOKE! PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!

  I brought my car from here 2014 it was a 2003 for $15,000 a rip off the car was only worth $5000 when someone told me to check the cars are old and the charging new car prices to add injury to insult you pay $20 everytime you gotta bring car to get fixed I never missed a payment and at the end with last payment they were unbelievable lashawna Sheppard was not amazing like someone tried to say she hassel me for last payment once again I never missed a payment I hate them it was my first time buying from car lot then the car only lasted until I finished paying and I had to finance another car from somewhere else dont do it buy a car straight up WARNING ITS A SCAM TO GET MORE MONEY FOR TRIPLE THE PRICE look the car up on kelly blue book to see price and they dont give car fax!!!!!!
