  I had a great experience at Bay Country! Very streamlined...took less than an hour and Loan officer made sure I understood everything and got me out of office to enjoy my weekend.

  Don't appreciate receiving mail without senders name on the outside of envelope, saying "Financial Documents Enclosed. Open Immediately". Upon opening, discover its advertising.

  The loan process was pretty straightforward. Their terms allow for rewards for good behavior during the life of the loan, something credit card companies rarely do.
