  Manager was responsive and professional. Only constructive comment is the website for this company could use some work. Logging in, you cannot find easy access to one's current balance...have to go to the payment portal to find the current balance which is not user friendly. Would also be nice to make application and see projected costs before having to talk / visit the local branch. Otherwise...thanks for the responsive handling of my loan request.

  The manager at the Morganton branch was very thorough. She explained everything in detail. She answered all of my questions. She was very courteous as well.

  Been dealing with Mariner for many years, they you oneeded also report to all major Credit Bureaus and they are so nice and caring, I have dealt with their main Manager Sherri and not one time I have ever called and needed help she finds a way to do so, Thank you guys for the Hometown way life ❤
