  I had already opened a loan with them but needed a bit more, Asia was wonderful in helping me get that extra money and explained everything to me. The ladies here at Mariner Finance are all wonderful and very friendly! I love doing business with them!

  This Was the best experience I have ever had with a loan company I went in and talked with Sonny she was Awesome she worked hard to help me and she was a Diamond in the Rough she is Wonderful I highly recommend this loan company if you are in the need of money go see them you will be Glad That you did.

  Was very happy with the help from the staff, they were not just willing to help me but happy to help me with acquiring a loan! They did that with ease and made me feel great about it the entire way. I was completely blown away with the fact that there was not a single moment when I felt like I was looked at or dealt with any different from others because I had a poor credit score. It was a great experience in every aspect. I could not have asked for anything better. I look forward to hopefully doing more business with them as time goes on!

  First of all once approved for $1000 I was told I could close the loan online and wouldn't have to go to the office (all necessary documents and pictures of my vehicle were uploaded). Then when I called to proceed to close the loan I was told because it was $1000, I would have to go to the branch and bring my vehicle. When I got there, I sat there for 30 minutes before we even started. Then I was told I only qualified for $500, which means I wouldn't have had to drive 45 minutes in the first place. I am really disappointed. I have been doing business with Mariner for many years and have never been treated this way. I have to say that my customer service rep (Toni) really tried hard to get the money I needed, but I guess the underwriters changed their mind. I am not sure I will ever renew my loan here again.

  The Lady that closed my loan was very nice and helpful , explaining the extra protection on the account ...To process and finalize the loan went pretty quick , which I was in a hurry also , so that helped ... Thank you Joanne Hicks
