  Guns are way over priced have a used taurus 9mm for 389 and a brand new one for 289 every other shop around has them for 200 or less brand new! Customer service is horrible one girl sat on her butt whole time and i had to ask for help wanted to sell my gun thats a 400 gun used and offered me 100! This store has gone down hill quickly and is so junked up and you cant walk.

  I Deal With This Pawn Shop All The Time, Some Time's I Buy Things And Some Time's I Pawn Things. There's A Lady That Always Treats Me Right, I Have Been Lucky To Deal With Her most of The Time. SHE SHOULD BE THE MAIN MANAGER, HER NAME IS KODY, SHE WAS VERY VERY NICE TO ME. If She Was The Main Manager They Would Have More Customers, She knows How To Treat People. All I SAY Is THANKS MISS KODY, I HOPE THEY HIER MORE LIKE YOU...H.M.

  Came in and bought something that was not weapon related at all. It had no mechanical parts for a need of warranty and i was required to provide an I.D. with date of birth. I've had multiple problems with attitudes and racism from all these pawn shops. I will not be back! Looking into reporting them to corporate and possible legal action.

  I stopped in a few weeks ago to pawn my colt marine 1911 its valued ised at $1600 they gave me $200 i came back 2 days later 2 days...... not 32 days but 2.. and they had sold it. I truly feel like i was scammed.

  Seriously needs an option for 0 stars. This place used to be good. Since all yhe new employees have started there it has become a solid joke. Stood in there for 25 mins at the counter while an employee danced arou d and played on there phone before they even offered to help. Many more issues that are much worse have happened as well. In youch with corporate for those 👌. Save yourself the headache and STAY FAR AWAY FROM YHIS PLACE.. Referring to the one in Longview NC.
