  I could not have asked for better service! Heather took care of my taxes and when I tell you I got the best customer service!!!! They close at 6 but I was unable to call until about 5:15pm after getting off work. Someone how my call was disconnected but they immediately called me back.. Heather informed me that I was able to submit my tax documents over the phone without coming in! HOW CONVENIENT!!! She sent me a link where I was able to upload my documents and then called me back as soon as she received them. Heather was absolutely amazing through the entire process! She was informative! She was prompt! She was responsive! I literally couldn't have asked for better service. Not only did she get everything completed for me but she stayed on the phone communicating to make sure I was informed of what was going on even though it ended up running a little past closing time to finish the process.. Besides the fact that I received awesome service from her...she was very friendly, and sincere with a very positive energy! Not one time did she make me feel like I was being rushed or that I was inconviencing her for calling right near closing time. I have got my taxes done for years at this same location and although I've always received good service this was by far exceeding the rest. Heather went above and beyond to take care of my needs and to make me feel truly appreciated as a customer! As long as she is there I will always be there for the services and will continue to recommend and send anyone else to her! You dont find customer service like her often! Thank you Heather for your AMAZING services! GO SEE HER FOR YOUR TAX NEEDS!!

  My brother passed two years ago and he did not have any insurance to bury him I went to World Finance and told them about my situation the supervisor in the manager got together and came back and asked me how much do I think that it would take for me to bury my brother I told them and they said that they will see what they can do they come back with what I had asked for I want to say that I will always be a customer of World Finance and I want to say to anyone if you are in need of some money and your financial situation World Finance of ChesneySouth Carolina is where to go they will not treat you as just someone who has borrowed money from them but they will treat you as a true friend And that's why I will always be a customer And I said always
