  So I’m just going to say this it’s been a very long time with this loan and let me tell you! I REGRET IT!!! Because they are not professional so Rude and they do not work with you even if you tell them all your business about what is going on with all this covid19 situation like people y’all are worst now about the whole pandemic then before it all started. I understand there companies with policy and all but really??? Like it’s crazy and I don’t recommend this pace what so ever. I can’t wait to pay off the loan I have because I really haven’t had a good customer service experience.

  So let me add to these reviews. My husband and I were BOTH out of work due to COVID-19. Yes I received unemployment which was lower than what I make. My husband received NOTHING. I have great car credit history with these company. They want to do NOTHING to help because I received unemployment. They don't care it was less. They also stated my account now was new. Yes my car now is a fairly new account; however, I had 4+ years with them for a previous car I financed. Sad that this is how it has to be during such hard times.
