  I had the best experience both times I've used Competitive Home Lending with my VA and my conventional mortgages transactions. Raul and Emily made everything easy for me and they are very quick to response and they are always available when I have questions. They're very professional and very personable which made it even more pleasant experience. I normally use my bank for mortgage needs but Competitive Home Lending found me the best rate that I didn't think I could get. I highly recommend going through them for VA or conventional mortgage needs. Thank you so much Raul and Emily!

  Raul and his team were amazing. This was my first time going through the home buying process and Raul really did take the time to explain the process from the lending aspect. Everyone was professional, knowledgable, and patient with me as I asked questions or for clarification whenever I felt unsure. They were quick to respond and were always kind. I appreciated the consistent communication and their affirmation that I was on track to close on time. With any obstacle I faced, they were happy to assist to ensure we could keep moving forward.   Raul and Emily were excellent to work with. They made the entire loan process very painless and easy. Raul is very knowledgeable and can walk you through various loan scenarios to find the best mortgage that truly fits your needs. Before contacting CH Lending, I had previously spoken with a mortgage officer at my bank. They did not provide anywhere near the amount of information and options as Raul did. He will then do the shopping for you with multiple lenders. On top of that, the time to close, at least in my case, was much faster than average. I am very grateful that I had Raul and Emily on my side throughout my whole home buying process and would recommend them to anybody shopping for a mortgage!

  Raul and Emily are the best! They not only helped us with our first home purchase a couple of years ago but they also helped us with the refinance of our home. Both are extremely detailed, and do a great job in explaining the process. The resources listed in their website are also of great help! I’m so thankful we found them! I’ll definitely recommend them!   Customer service is a thing, again. Thanks to Raul and Emily mortgage lending is quick and painless. Every call and email were answered promptly. Raul explained every detail of the lending process with patience and knowledge. I thought his video updates were great. Emily communicated every update through the process, keeping me in the loop and reducing any anxiety. I would absolutely recommend Competitive Home Lending to friends, family and even my enemies.   This is a GREAT mortgage lender!! First of all, let me say that I will never go with another lender then Competitive Home Lending. From start to finish, this company took care of everything. Very knowledgeable, experienced and incredibly easy to work with. Our loan officer Raul Hernandez was AMAZING too! You could tell he has been in the industry for a while because he was always a step ahead, seeing any issues around the corner. I've worked in banking, finance and investments for over 15 years now, working with other lenders, both professionally and personally, and this guy Raul never stopped wowing me, which isn't easy to do. The client service is second to none with both Raul and Competitive Home Lending. Their whole team was always on the same page and this was the easiest of the seven loans I've ever done personally. I referred my brother to them as well and his thoughts were exactly the same as mine as they closed his loan in half the time he expected. Their fees are super low and rates are awesome. Their company name, Competitive Home Lending, says it all!
