  We would rate our experience with Highlands Residential Mortgage particularly Jennifer Sweeney 5 star. We needed Jenn's services during a very stressful and difficult time, both in our lives and in our nation - yet she was there when we called, was very patient in explaining the steps we needed to walk through, and definitely walked through with us each step of the way. The service we received was very much above the standard we've experienced previously. My husband and I would definitely recommend Highlands Residential Mortgage in Sequim, WA, and in particular, Jennifer Sweeney without hesitation.

  As a first time homebuyer, I had a lot of anxiety about the home buying process. All of this was cleared up immediately after talking with Dwayne and working with his team in the home buying process. He kept me updated with everything along the way, was very helpful when I came across uncertainties, and was super accommodating to any questions I had. All this, while being super friendly and easy to talk with! Working with Deayne was an excellent experience!
