  Jeff and his team are amazing! I had contacted other lenders and was just told no. I’m self employed and didn’t really understand what I needed to do. I came across Jeff at highlands and he looked over everything and came up with a plan. I followed the plan and he was there to answer any and all questions. He’s a true expert! I closed on my dream home a couple of days ago. I wasn’t sure if it was going to happen during this pandemic.   Rick was amazing. We had issues with our sellers being in China and had a lot of delays but Rick took all the stress from the loan process away. He was always available for questions and went the extra mile to get things done. He was amazing and was a pleasure to work with.

  Michael Lairmore was excellent. This is the third time we have used him for our mortgage needs. He was always available for all our questions and very patient. Explained every step in the process. Hope we won’t be moving again but if we do Michael is our man!
