  Incredible customer service! I have been a member since 2011 and wouldn't trade it for anywhere else! Thank you for always going out of your way to make sure we are well taken care of! Y'all have beat many other banks or credit unions on all of my auto rates!

  Mrs Alicia with online services is amazing. She ALWAYS responds to me . She is amazing genuinely! Love CUTX ! Great vehicle rates! Great benefits to having a checking and savings account ! Mr Darrick with the Allen location is awesome as well!

  !!!!!!As a former employee and customer I don't recommend them at all take your banking and car loans somewhere else and also make sure you check and ask for a copy of what you are signing especially when opening an account or savings account this company demands a very high " sales quota" to their employees therefore alot of things are done behind curtains that members don't get to see. Also I was offered a demotion due to been pregnant which I declined therefore this company decided to fire me the moment I got sick. This company portraits to be so kind in the community but is a very different one closed doors!!!!!!!

  They have constantly lied to me since refinancing my car last month. I was told I needed to set up a savings account to transfer money to my car payment. I found this ridiculous but did it anyways. Turns out that an auto pay had already been set up when I signed the paperwork. Why no one informed me of this idk...I called immediately once I realized I had been double charged and asked them to please refund the money back to me. They told me over the phone they would get this done if I submitted a screenshot of my bank account showing that I was double charged. I sent all the necessary stuff, and they never let me know if it had been refunded. Fast forward a week and I still haven't received the money. I chat in and they tell me it will be taken care of today. Cool. I check my account and it's still not there. It turns out they sent it to the savings account they opened for me. There's nowhere on the website that I can transfer this back into my normal account. I'm extremely frustrated because I wasn't expecting to have $800 taken out of my account all at once, on top of other bills to pay. When asked to have it taken from the savings account into my external account they informed me they can't do this. What kind of flawed system is this? I wish I wouldn't have refinanced with them. I'm also annoyed because an extended warranty plan was added after I told them I didn't want it.

  They are so good at getting back to you at a timely matter. I love how they give you a option of communicating through the app instead of calling. I was messaging Ashley from the app and she was great! She was very helpful.

  CUTX - I prefer Allen and McKinney branch locations for best customer service and knowledgeable staff only. Richardson location does not compare. I drive out my way to go to this location for all my banking needs. Amazing service!

  I highly recommend CUTX Allen location for auto loans at great rates! I recently purchased a new Jeep and financed it through CUTX and had an awesome experience, and this week I converted a lease vehicle into a buy-out loan and again experienced an easy process with a VERY competitive used car rate which was basically as good as a new car rate, both times beating the best deal offered by Chrysler and BMW financial, while offering flexible terms. My go-to loan rep is now Steve Lin, he'll take great care of you through out the process!

  I’ve heard some things about CUTX and dealers not wanting to deal with them because they are slow but Henry Wang is the MAN. Very respectful and quick to respond when I emailed or called. Patient from my hectic week of looking at cars and finally decided to buy one. He made it very easy and was ready for pick up the next day with all the terms and payment options. I would only deal with CUTX in Allen because it seems they have the right staff compared to others in Dallas. Thank you Henry and staff for making it easy during this tough time.
