  I used to be an admin for a real estate agent and worked with Dave on previous transactions. He was always our favorite lender to work with because he gets the work done accurately and quickly. When it was finally time for me to be the client, there was no question on who the lender would be. Dave is always quick to respond and answer any questions you may have. He was also good about checking in and keeping us updated throughout the process. Dave is very knowledgeable and confident in what he’s doing, which is appreciated in such a crazy market.   I worked with David Stahl at Mortgage X-Change to get my first home loan and I couldn't be happier with the results! David provided the best interest rate and was patient with a first time home buyer, answering all my questions (and there were many), even after hours.
