  Amazing customer service by Michelle V! Needed to cancel my 3rd line and battery was draining on my iPhone. I made numerous calls to customer service and got a constant run around. One visit to the store and she had both my issues resolved within minutes!

  My husband and I always go to AT&T Somerdale store whenever we want to upgrade or have any questions or issues. I recently went to Somerdale to upgrade/add devices and also to change my plan; I can not stress how helpful Charlie E., Michelle V. and Joe F. were with trying to get me what I want and on the best plan. I'm extremely satisfied with the service and customer care they provided and I know I will be back soon :) Thanks guys!!!

  Comin to the somerdale AT&T store is always a great experience. Very courteous great customer service. Michell Vicente was great. She even pulled out wrapping paper to wrap the phone. As long as I have AT&T I will always come back here.

  I came in planning to switch from Verizon to AT&T and Braden was so awesome and helpful. He even convinced me to buy Direct TV and I've never been happier. Thanks Braden you're the best!

  Just wanted to write a quick review, to mention the wonderful service I received on 9-26 from Cheyanne Garcia. I came in to the store at lunch time to order a new phone, and all of the on duty reps were helping customers. Cheyanne happen to be in the store on her day off, and jumped right in to help me, not only that she made sure it was OK with me to be assisted by her even though she was not in company uniform! Its great to see someone going out of their way to assist a customer even when they were not on duty! I know I will return anytime I need service on my ATT account. Thanks Car-Tel, Thanks Cheyanne!!!!

  Have been dealing with the Somerdale Car-tel store for over a year now and I absolutely love and appreciate the service they provide. More specifically the sales representative Cheyanne. She is extremely patient and very upbeat and knowledgeable. Always a big help and offers great customer service. Thank you Cheyanne!

  My first time visiting this store as I am from PA but I had to stop in for a new screen protector and Joseph Forte was wonderful and so pleasant. The rest of the staff here was also so great and answered all my questions I had regarding my data overages. Great store to visit!!!

  This new guy Eric is AMAZING!!! Helped me activate my insurance replacement got all my contacts and is the most friendly sales person I've met!
