Greg Cappello1This bank is the worst. Hours on hold and they say call back on the same phone number to get a different department. Horrible customer service. I spent 1/2 hour on the phone today to be told of course, wrong department and given the same number I called. Bank of America - 5 minutes. This happens over and over. I'm sure you'll have the same experience.

Lou Marandino5I've had nothing but good experiences here. Every time I have had an issue with my debit card, they have been quick to fix my issue. The reason we bank with Citizens Bank is due to the customer service we received from this branch. Very friendly and helpful.

Msworldwide11I am so done with Citizens Bank. Too frequently the ATM does not work or the online banking is not available. I am a business owner and need to be able to access my funds And by account. I have gone to the bank to make a withdrawl on multiple occasions and they did not have enough money. This does not make me comfortable as a customer. I was told I could call ahead earlier in the week and let them know how much I would need to withdraw. My transaction was less than $3000 1 week and the other a told me they could not help me with a $2500 withdrawl. Are there starting to lose my confidence in this bank. Will be looking for a new bank.

Faith Persons1ATM ate a check I was trying to deposit the night before going out of town. Called customer service since it was after hours and was informed if I wrote a note and copied my ID that a designated individual could go to the bank to get the check and deposit it during open hours. I called first thing in the morning while at the airport to alert the bank to what I was told by their own customer service center and was told it would not be possible. I understand there are rules and underlings may not have authorization to do things but get your employees all on the same page regarding the company policy. To be continued.

Amber Nichole1My grandmother has banked with citizens bank since 1972. She recently had fraudulent activity on her account due to a family member who is living in her home and taking advantage of her because of her age. My grandmother is out of the country in her second home and with her on the phone I was unable to resolve the issue of her son and his daughter taking money out of my grandmothers account. I was told that she would have to come to the bank in person to come to a resolution. So citizens bank is allowing my elderly grandmother to be taken for everything she’s got because they cannot find another way to stop this activity without making an 82 year old woman book a 22 hour flight back into the country. Unfortunately for citizens bank they will be filing claim after claim and will be under investigation once the adult protective service and police are informed. It should NOT be more difficult to keep your money safe than it is to allow other people to access your money without your consent. Shame on you citizens bank for not finding a better resolution for a long time loyal customer. In this day in age their should be better resolutions for certain circumstances especially when it involves elderly financial abuse! This ban deserves 0 stars

Ace Black1Never use one of their ATM machines. I deposited money into their ATM machine and it kept the money, but didn't process the deposit. The customer service representatives at the bank don't even have access to their own ATM, so I had to file a claim. The claim consultant assured me that I'd the money would be deposited within 24 hours. It's been over two weeks and still no deposit after numerous calls to managers and claim consultants. I'm in the process of reporting them.
