  My first visit and had a great experience! Excellent customer service, my business and personal tax return was completed in a timely manner. Everything in my return was explained to me. The fees were not to bad, compared to the refund that I have coming back to me!

  Can’t say enough good things about liberty tax service Ed took care of 3 years of taxes for us all in one shot. Happy to say everything worked out well. Would recommend liberty tax services to everyone

  They were very helpful and explained everything that was being done. Answered all questions and were very patient and understanding. A great place to go when needed to complete your taxes.

  Things being entered in on wrong lines. Like Property Taxes being listed as Rent and Railroad Retirement income listed as Social Security. Btw $290 they say is LOW in their charging scheme. Go elsewhere.

  This year I used Liberty Tax to help file my return in February this year. I was expecting a couple grand back for a refund. The lady inputted the wrong numbers for my retirement and I had to amend my taxes. I went back to Liberty Tax and Joe supposedly helped me amend my taxes back in June. So far NOTHING! Still pending. I call Joe to help with updates and he told me he was on vacation. JEE NICE!! I would have loved to be on vacation to if you didn't lie about filing my amendment! Joe will not give me copies or return my calls. When I call all he can say is he will look into it and call me back, but he never does. I asked for a decrease for their services since they made a mistake and now I have to wait months for my refund and Joe said they cannot do this. Do NOT trust Liberty Tax. They make you over charge for their services that takes 20 minutes to do on your own! Horrible!!! I don't understand how they can charge you about $400 to file your taxes and don't even help you! That is why we pay for people to help with taxes. Never again. Only nice thing about this is the person that makes you smile wearing the companies logo Other than that this place SUCKS!!!!

  Ultra republican. Fox news blaring in the background - actually offensive. Couldn't even give me an estimate. Wasted my time and they wanted twice what my last tax preparer wanted to do the same number of forms.

  I’m sorry you don’t agree with our political beliefs. We believe that America is a place where citizens, businesses included, should be able to voice their beliefs without censorship. It’s our choice to view Fox or Newsmax as opposed to CNN or MSNBC. As for a cost estimate, it’s our policy to give you a cost when we are able and have all the information. At that point you’re under no obligation.
