  This bank doesn’t even deserve one star. They closed my bank account after a week of me opening it and is holding my income tax money from me ! This bank is terrible nobody knows what they are talking about they all need to get fired .

  How I'm inside at 5 and they tell me they are closed. Why would the doors still be open then? Plus the drive thru was closed before 5 p.m both cones were out before 5 p.m how inconvenient when your rushing to bank because you get out of work at 445

  I was in the drive thru line for almost 10 minutes before one car moved. There was a time when lines got behind, workers and managers came to help out to get the line down. Really annoyed!

  The TD bank in Stratford has really falling when it comes to service to the public. First, the lobby is no longer opened.....ever! Second, I always check to make sure they're opened, on 1-2-2021 I checked, said drive thru was opened at 9:00 am to 6:00 pm. I went, only the ATM in drive thru was open. You can not say you're opened if you're NOT! It was a waste of my time! 😠

  They are okay, but they push you to no ends to try and open an account with them if you don't have one. It got to the point I had to inconveniently drive across town to another td so I wouldn't be hassled every time I went in to cash a check. With the same person. I think they just need to ease off after the first no. And I understand that they're trying to help but sometimes it's not necessarily the best to edge into someone's business if they dont wish to share. But they're all nice and do they're job well, I just don't care for it at all and I tell them when I'm ready I'm ready.

  Bank was closed 15 minutes before they were supposed to according to their current times online!!!!! Drive-thru had cones set up and doors to the inside of the bank were closed even though they were supposed to still be open and they still had customers inside. This location has some of the worst customer service that I have ever experienced!

  Wednesday February 20th, minor snow . At approximately 330pm drove into parking lot. Got out, walked up to enter: surprise, bank closed! 2 inches of slushy snow, turning to all rain as we speak, and the whole bank, including drive up WAS CLOSED. BAD CALL TD BANK. WHEN DID YOU DECIDE TO CLOSE? LAST NIGHT? The local TV stations we're only calling for 1-3 inches of snow. Poor management decision. Your not in school guys, you need to work. It's 4 pm, and it's raining. Let's try harder next "snow day".

  Drive up tellers extremely rude. Michael for one. I have been a TD customer for over 15 years used your drive up twice once had to leave it and go inside to straighten out problem and have teller spoken to and last night pull in no greeting Michael not only gave me a hard time but the gentlemen in the car next to who also threatened to complain. You have the worst customer service of any TD bank I have ever been to. I will be talking to the manager.
