  I used to work at a similar facility in Las Vegas so I know how busy and difficult it can be sometimes. The representative handled my issues and everyone else's with ease. I was very impressed with her service and speed and will be recommending this location to everyone!

  I have done loans with ace aor years without a problem. Now I went in with a new tcf card and they said they cannot do a loan and they are having troubles with the new cards and that I should try online. So I did everything seemed to work fine but the store said I was unable to pick up money. I called and they said it was still processing and that I had to wait 30 min to 24 hours throughout the day a received emails telling me to call them only to find out that they were a waste of time and that it is still processing. Called 2 days later still processing..they said they would expedite twice and that they would call me back .. no call back and it's still processing. What a joke. No help from customer service.
