With the invaluable assistance from Andre and Amy in Internet Sales and Lea in financing, I drove away in a car that I am very satisfied with (and enjoy driving)!   Tommy Rodenwald was my sale person , of all the cars I have purchased this one went the smoothest.   We were set to purchase a BMW elsewhere and stopped in to check out the last ’other’ option. We ended up purchasing that ‘other’ option from BMW of Minnetonka because of Alex Tamarkin and the sales experience. It was open dialogue, respectful conversation and efficient when all said and done. We will definitely be back for our next BMW!

  Bought my 2006 325i in for a recall. I was greeted promptly and the staff listened to my concerns and was very accommodating. I don’t normally leave my car with anyone and I am very picky with how my vehicles are treated and cared for. It also has a ceramic coating installed so the staff assured me several times throughout the process that they had not washed it, which was very reassuring. I received a nicely equipped X2 to use while the repair work was being done. Picking my car up took less than five minutes and all the staff members who originally assisted me remembered me and made conversation. Overall the dealership left a very good impression on me, as I am not normally the type to leave a review online, but I feel they deserved it. Thanks again, Minnetonka BMW Service Department!
