  Very rude and unprofessional the way they treat their customers. During difficult times with Covid and our mandated shut down of our facility and corporate office we were unable to get our payment out they don’t care they will threaten you call you and harass you and even call your personal phone leave u unprofessional voicemails that I wish I could post on here, word of mouth travels far and the company I purchased my equipment from stopped using them all together for all there accounts. It was so much better before they bought out All Lines Leasing. Ever need financing steer clear from these people save yourself the headache

From the beginning of the pandemic, we’ve offered COVID-19 related deferrals for businesses who were unable to make their payments on time. We always strive to do better - your feedback has been shared with our collections team. For the record, we are the same All-Lines Leasing team as before. We simply combined our two brand names Advance Acceptance and All-Lines Leasing under one name.

  I financed a new Toro dingo with them a few years ago. I paid it off and sold it this year, and was very happy with how smooth the process was. Because I was so happy, I reach out again this week to help me purchase a used tractor. I flew out of state to handle it with the seller, and was able to do all paperwork via docusign from my hotel, and had the loan funded in approx 48 hours. Ashley is awesome, and I will continue to use these guys for used equipment purchases.

  Have worked with advance acceptance for several years now with financing for multiple pieces of equipment. They have always been easy to work with and responsive when needed. If you are looking to make a relationship with a finance company these guys are great!

  I do not like leaving negative reviews, in fact I can count on less than a couple of fingers. During the COVID-19 pandemic my business got mandated to close. I called Advance right away and asked for a payment vacation of 90 days as my significant other and I were both put of work with no income. They did grant me 90 days, however they were going to charge me a $50 a month fee. My payment is only $149 a month and some change, that's a third of my payment in a "fee". I feel like that's bad practice, I did fortunately have better luck with the rest of the financial institutions we deal with. I will not use Advance again for another purchase.

We chose to employ a set fee up front as a simpler and more transparent method of managing this. I understand the scale of our fee with your transaction did not feel right.

  Advance Acceptance gave us an easy finance option for our equipment purchases several times now and we have been very pleased with their services. No fuss, no worry great payment options and statements received early for payments due with plenty of time to pay.

  Cottonwood Surveying is a small company and we have had problems getting financing for equipment in the past. Last December our Robotic Total Station was on it's last leg, we approached our Trimble Dealer who recommended Advance Acceptance to help with the financing of a new Trimble S5 Robotic Total Station. The process was fast and we had the financing quickly within a day at a reasonable rate and payment plat. This summer we had to replace our 2005 Trimble R8 GPS receiver, we turned to Advance Acceptance again and got the same fast and professional assistance as the first time and was approved the same day. We just added another GPS receiver to our equipment list and again got our financing through Advance Acceptance, Vicki and Shea who have worked with us on on three purchases took great care of us again. They are fast, with reasonable rates and great professionalism. When we need any survey equipment financed we will return to Advance Acceptance for our needs.

  We financed a Lift (30K) for our shop and paid it off early, however they charged us the FULL amount of interest regardless of early payoff. Even the sales rep went to bat for us because he didn't know that's how they do business he was told that's our business model.

We hoped that we had remedied your concerns by remitting back to you the interest portion of the payoff you were quoted.   I would give this company 10 stars if it were an option! Talk about customer service, they have it in spades. We were treated like family and the transaction was absolutely seamless for us. We will always use them in the future for any more equipment purchases for our company. Thank you to the professionals at Advance Acceptance for making us feel like Priority #1!!
