  I went to get a bank card witch i was new to having one and Ms. Donna walked me through and help me understand how i can do direct deposit with my job and other things. Ms.Donna also called me on a follow up to see how things was going and did i do my direct deposit. I told her i forgot my password and she told me when i have time to come there and she will help me witch i did! Very nice employee you guys have!

  Donna was very informative and helpful and she was very patient with me and I have been around a number of people who were not and it just makes things difficult I appreciate her patience and thoughtfulness and I would definitely refer her to others
