  Buy happy, what a joke! Happiness of customers does not matter to Morrie's based on my experience on both the sales side and especially the service. I would never consider this dealership as an option to buy a car again.

  Jake was very helpful. I found the car I wanted online and indicated interest. The original salesman called me promptly and gave me some information on the car. When I was going in to test drive the car he was unavailable to help me so he had Jake work with me. Jake was very helpful with the purchase. The value they gave me for my trade was a fair offer. I would recommend the dealership.

  I had a great experience working with Kyle and Moe on my recent new car purchase. Kyle was very friendly, knowledgeable, helpful and not pushy at all! Now made the financing portion seamless and easy. I would recommend Morrie’s Minnetonka Ford to anyone looking to purchase a new (or new to them) car!

  I worked with Mo at the Ford dealership, and while I didn't buy a car with him, he was wonderful. Very knowledgeable, easy to talk to, and no pressure. He sold me on Fords, I am a convert! :) I definitely recommend working with Mo if you're going to this dealership.

  I just purchased a used car from this location with the help of dealer Ray Bowling. He was very helpful and seemed actually interested in finding the right fit car for me. It made the car shopping experience much easier!

  I went to this Ford location looking for a 19 Explorer since they were running a promo. There were 3 I was interested in checking out. Once I arrived, I was introduced to the salesman, Justin, I had talked to the previous day. He took my cousin and I out to test drive all 3 vehicles. We ended up back at the location with the last one I was most interested in. Shane talked to us then, and took my current vehicle for a drive for the trade in value. He put all the info in KBB and gave me a number that I was satisfied with. We had quite a few questions during the entire process that were answered right away. Justin went over in fine detail the dash programs and options and helped with the Fordpass app, explaining how to use it. (Fancier than I'm used to) He also went over the vehicle and answered every question. I decided I was going to go with it and added some floor mats that they worked with me on a deal. Gary came over and we went over the final amount, all questions answered. Mo was up next with all the paperwork, again, all options gone over, not pushy, and questions answered. They pulled the Explorer inside, cleaned it up, and got it ready for us to take off. As we were getting in to drive away, my cousin noticed a small door ding (none of us had seen it before). Justin got Gary involved immediately. We had been there for 4 hours already and had a 5-6 hour drive home! Gary said since we didn't want to stay longer, to get it fixed where I live and send him the bill. I was very grateful for that. This was the longest process I've ever had buying a vehicle, but there were 3 possibilities involved. I highly recommend this location for buying your next vehicle. Their entire team was phenomenal. We never spent any time alone. Justin was with us the whole time, not disregarding us for another sale. He also gave me a hand written thank you note just before we left. Everyone was attentive and made us feel like they cared more than just making a buck. They didn't push anything extra on us that I wasn't interested in. Fantastic location. Look em up! Thank you again Morrie's Minnetonka Ford for a great experience! Everytime I'm in the area, I'm coming for a carwash!!

  Horrible customer service. They have replaced the wrong part on my car, not had parts ready, and left my interior grease stained after repairs (brand new vehicle). They do not care about their customers. I will never purchase another vehicle from a Morries again. Sadly we had always had an excellent experience at Morries until I purchased a vehicle from their Minnetonka Ford location.

  Bought my first Ford a few weeks ago used. Contacted them for assistance in finding the door code. Thought this would be a good test to see if this is where I would like to have the vehicle serviced. No response beyond the initial conversation making the request. Disappointing.

  My experience with Fred was wonderful!! He is such a thoughtful, patient and kind person. Nothing like a typical car salesman that I have had in the past. I would definitely recommend Morrie's and especially to work with Fred!!! We'll will definitely return!
